双乙酸钠对鸡血液生理生化指标的影响

摘要:
将15只临床健康、日龄相同的岭南黄公鸡随机分为3组,每组5只,并分别饲喂不加双乙酸钠的基础日粮、含双乙酸钠2g/kg和4g/kg的日粮,饲喂21d。饲喂结束后,颈静脉放血采集血样,测定血清中13项生理生化指标。结果表明,试验鸡与对照鸡的生理生化指标大多无显著差异,表明饲料中添加4g/kg以下的双乙酸钠对鸡机体的多数内脏器官无损伤。 关键词:

Effect of natrium biacetate on physiological and biochemical
indices in sera of chickens

Abstract: 15 healthy Lingnan chickens, whose ages in day are identical, were divided into 3 groups, that was 5 chickens per group. After chickens in group 1,2 and 3 had been fed with the basal diet, the basal diet containing 2 g/kg natrium biacetate, and the basal diet containing 4 g/kg natrium biacetate respectively for 21 days, 13 physiological and biochemical indices in sera of the mentionedabove chickens were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the indices of group 1 and that of group 2 and 3, i.e. it did not do damage to most of entrails organs of chickens that 2 or 4 g/kg natrium biacetate was added to the basal diet.
