双乙酸钠对鸡血液生理生化指标的影响

摘要: 将15只临床健康、日龄相同的岭南黄公鸡随机分为3组,每组5只,并分别饲喂不加双乙酸钠的基础日粮、含双乙酸钠2g/kg和4g/kg的日粮,饲喂21d。饲喂结束后,颈静脉放血采集血样,测定血清中13项生理生化指标。结果表明,试验鸡与对照鸡的生理生化指标大多无显著差异,表明饲料中添加4g/kg以下的双乙酸钠对鸡机体的多数内脏器官无损伤。

Effect of natrium biacetate on physiological and biochemical indices in sera of chickens

Abstract: 15 healthy Lingnan chickens, whose ages in day are identical, were divided into 3 groups, that was 5 chickens per group. After chickens in group 1,2 and 3 had been fed with the basal diet, the basal diet containing 2 g/kg natrium biacetate, and the basal diet containing 4 g/kg natrium biacetate respectively for 21 days, 13 physiological and biochemical indices in sera of the mentionedabove chickens were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the indices of group 1 and that of group 2 and 3, i.e. it did not do damage to most of entrails organs of chickens that 2 or 4 g/kg natrium biacetate was added to the basal diet.
