长效复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶注射液在猪体内的药物代谢动力学研究

摘要： 将12头白猪随机分成2组，每组6只，分别肌肉注射A、B长效复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶（SMM）注射液（0.4mL/kg），并于给药后第0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、2.00、3.00、5.00、9.00、12.00、24.00、36.00、48.00、60.00、72.00、96.00、108.00h，自前腔静脉采血5mL。用HPLC分析各血浆样品中的药物浓度，用MCPKP软件计算药物代谢动力学参数。结果表明，A和B长效SMM注射液的Cmax分别为22.30μg/mL±2.09μg/mL、15.96μg/mL±2.36μg/mL； AUC分别为533.58μg/(mL·h)±30.76μg/(mL·h)和199.91μg/(mL·h)±11.31μg/(mL·h)；t1/2β分别为20.20h±5.31h和9.81h±1.03h。

Study on pharmacokinetics of sulfamonomethoxine longacting injection in pigs

Abstract: The objective of the study was to investigate pharmacokinetic properties of sulfamonomethoxine longacting injection in pigs. Twelve pigs were allotted to two groups at 6 pigs per group. The pigs in two groups were administered muscularly with sulfamonomethoxine longacting injection A and sulfa monomethoxine longacting injection B respectively at the dose of 0.4mL/kg body weight. Blood samples at 5mL each time were collected from front cavity veins at different intervals after administration. The drug concentrations in plasma were analyzed by HPLC, and then the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by using MCPKP software. The results of the sulfamonomethoxine longacting injection A were as follows: Cmax=22.30μg/mL±2.09μg/mL， AUC=533.58μg/(mL·h)±30.76μg/(mL·h) and t1/2β=20.20h±5.31h. The results of the sulfamonomethoxine longacting injection B were as follows: Cmax=15.96μg/mL±2.36μg/mL，AUC=199.91μg/(mL·h)±11.31μg/(mL·h) and t1/2β=9.81h±1.03h.
