用于检测盐酸克伦特罗残留的免疫传感器感受器部件的研制

摘要: 为研制用于检测农产品中盐酸克伦特罗残留的免疫传感器的分子识别元件——感受器,用二醋酸纤维素作为载体支架结构,戊二醛作为交联剂,己二胺作为制孔剂,对制备载体膜的最佳方案进行了筛选,制备出了符合标准的载体膜。而后用效价为1∶400的抗盐酸克伦特罗抗体包被膜与酶标抗原偶联,在测定体系中检测过氧化氢的减少量,以衡量感受器部件的灵敏度,并用标准品测定其最低检测限,同时设质控膜。结果表明,质控膜和测定膜的电流变化值差异显著(P<0.05),感受器部件反应灵敏,最低检测限达0.3μg/L。

Development of receptor of immunosensor for detecting clenbuturol residues in agricultural products

Abstract: To prepare the receptor of immunosensor for detecting the residue of clenbuturol in agricultural products,acetic acid cellulose was used as schlepper structure,glutaraldehydum as crosslinked reagent,hexamethylendiamine as cavity preparation reagent. The selected perfect schlepper membrane was applied to coat clenbuturol antibody. The antigen marked with CATase was coupled on the antibody membrane, then the reduced quantity of H2O2 was detected. Simultaneously, the control membrane was conducted.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the control membrane and the determining membrane in change of the induced electric current(P<0.05),and the detection limit was 0.3μg/L. It could be concluded that the receptor is sensitive to change of the current and could be used as key part of the immunosensor.
