Development of receptor of immunosensor for detecting
clenbuturol residues in agricultural products

Abstract: To prepare the receptor of immunosensor for detecting the residue of clenbuturol in agricultural products,acetic acid cellulose was used as schlepper structure,glutaraldehydum as crosslinked
reagent,hexamethylendiamine as cavity preparation reagent. The selected perfect schlepper membrane was applied to coat clenbuturol antibody. The antigen marked with CATase was coupled on the antibody
membrane, then the reduced quantity of H2O2 was detected. Simultaneously, the control membrane was conducted.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the control membrane and the determining membrane in change of the induced electric current(P<0.05),and the detection limit was
0.3μg/L. It could be concluded that the receptor is sensitive to change of the current and could be used as key part of the
immunosensor.
