猪链球菌耐药性的检测

摘要:
采用药敏纸片扩散法、微量稀释法及双纸片扩散法对分离自长春地区的22株猪链球菌进行了耐药性测定。结果表明,82%~100%的菌株对大环内酯林克酰胺链阳菌素B(MLSB)类、四环素类、氟喹诺酮类、氯霉素类、氨基糖苷类耐药,但对青霉素和氨苄青霉素不耐药,对利福平的耐药率为5%;82%的菌株为多重耐药(MDR);91%的菌株为MLSB型耐药,其中构成型耐药占95%。除青霉素外,其他5种抗生素的MIC50和MIC90高度集中(≥128μg/mL)。 关键词:

Determination of drug resistance in Streptococcus suis isolates

Abstract: The drug resistance of Streptococcus suis isolated from different farms in Changchun was determined by means of the methods of disk diffusion, doubledisk diffusion and microdilution. The results were as follows. The isolates, 5% of which were weakly resistant to rifampin, and 82%-100% of which were strongly resistant to quinolones, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, aminoglycoside and macrolidelincosamidestreptomycin B (MLSB), were not resistant to βacidamide. Hence, 82% of the isolates were multiple drug resistance (MDR), and 91% of them were resistant to phenotype of MLSB. 95% of MLSB phenotype was constitutively resistant (CR). By statistical analysis, MIC50 and MIC90 of the other five antibiotics besides βacidamide focused mainly on high level of resistance area
(≥128μg/mL).
