猪链球菌耐药性的检测

摘要: 采用药敏纸片扩散法、微量稀释法及双纸片扩散法对分离自长春地区的22株猪链球菌进行了耐药性测定。结果表明,82%~100%的菌株对大环内酯林克酰胺链阳菌素B(MLSB)类、四环素类、氟喹诺酮类、氯霉素类、氨基糖苷类耐药,但对青霉素和氨苄青霉素不耐药,对利福平的耐药率为5%;82%的菌株为多重耐药(MDR);91%的菌株为MLSB型耐药,其中构成型耐药占95%。除青霉素外,其他5种抗生素的MIC50和MIC90高度集中(≥128μg/mL)。

Determination of drug resistance in Streptococcus suis isolates

Abstract: The drug resistance of Streptococcus suis isolated from different farms in Changchun was determined by means of the methods of disk diffusion, doubledisk diffusion and microdilution. The results were as follows. The isolates, 5% of which were weakly resistant to rifampin, and 82%-100% of which were strongly resistant to quinolones, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, aminoglycoside and macrolidelincosamidestreptomycin B (MLSB), were not resistant to βacidamide. Hence, 82% of the isolates were multiple drug resistance (MDR), and 91% of them were resistant to phenotype of MLSB. 95% of MLSB phenotype was constitutively resistant (CR). By statistical analysis, MIC50 and MIC90 of the other five antibiotics besides βacidamide focused mainly on high level of resistance area (≥128μg/mL).
