共轭亚油酸对缺氧大鼠一氧化氮合成酶和血红素氧合酶活性的影响

摘要: 为了探讨共轭亚油酸(CLA)对缺氧大鼠一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)和血红素氧合酶(HO)活性的影响,将40只SD大鼠随机分为4个组:10g/L CLA组、10g/L CLA缺氧组、空白对照组和空白缺氧组。CLA组和空白对照组每日分别按20mL/kg剂量灌服,10g/L CLA和蒸馏水连续灌胃30d。灌胃结束后,将10g/L CLA缺氧组和空白缺氧组大鼠置于人工模拟缺氧装置(相当于海拔5000m处空气中的含氧量)内,每日8h,连续缺氧15d。然后测定各组大鼠血清NOS活性和NO含量以及大鼠心和肺中HO的活性。结果,在人工模拟缺氧条件下,与空白缺氧组大鼠相比,10g/L CLA能显著提高血清NOS活性和NO含量,降低心和肺中HO的活性(P<0.05)。

Effects of conjugated linoleic acid on activities of nitric oxide
synthase and heme oxygenase of hypoxia rat

Abstract:To explore effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on activities of nitric oxide synthase and heme oxygenase of hypoxia rat, forty SD rats were divided randomly into four treatment groups(10 each): 10g/L CLA group, 10g/L CLA + hypoxia group, control group, and control + hypoxia group. The former two groups were fed with 10g/L CLA, and correspondingly the latter two groups were fed with distilled water for four weeks consecutively. Then the hypoxia groups were exposed to the artificial hypoxia climate for 8h daily for fifteen consecutive days. The activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), the contentof nitric oxide (NO) in serum, and the activities of heme oxgenase (HO) in heart and lung were determined. The results showed that the activities of NOS and the content of NO increased significantly in sera of the 10g/L hypoxia CLA group and the activities of HO decreased significantly in heart and lung of the 10g/L CLA hypoxia group in comparison with that of the hypoxia control group exposed to the same artificial hypoxia climate.
