天津市鸡传染性贫血的血清学调查

摘要：
对天津市12个区、县34个鸡场的不同品种、不同日龄鸡群随机采血4730份，采用间接ELISA检测鸡传染性贫血（CIA）抗体检测结果，CIA血清抗体阳性率从0%～97.83%不等，平均阳性率为54.08%，结果表明，天津许多鸡场存在CAV的感染。 |

Abstract: The indirect ELISA was used to detect 4730 serum samples of chickens from 34 farms in Tianjin area. The positive rates of these samples ranged from 0% to 97.83%，averaged 54.16%. The re-sults showed that CAV infections were common in Tianjin. |
