牛产气荚膜梭菌免疫抗体的检测

摘要：
用牛产气荚膜梭菌多联苗对牛免疫后，采集血清做小白鼠中和试验，检测其中产气荚膜梭菌抗体水平，了解牛对疫苗的免疫应答和疫苗的保护率。对17头份牛血清检测结果表明，牛的免疫应答率达为82.35%，对小鼠的保护率达82.35%，其中35.29%达到完全保护的抗体水平，47.05%的血清能检出抗体，17.64%无抗体产生。 |

Abstract: By experiment，collecting bovine sera and detecting its antibody level of Clostridium per-fringens ，the response and protection rate of immunity of cattle immunized with poly-vaccine against Clos-tridium perfringens was detected. The results of 17 pieces of bovine sera showed that the immune re-sponse rate of the vaccine could reach 82.35%，35.29% of which could reach completely protected anti-body level，and 47.05% of bovine sera could produce a far lower antibody level，with 17.64% producing no antibodies. |
