西宁市猪圆环病毒2型感染的流行病学调查

用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测了西宁市8个规模养殖场和部分散养户的161份猪血清样品的猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）抗体。结果显示，所有被检猪场均有PCV2抗体阳性猪存在，161份血清样品中PCV2抗体阳性率为8695%。从上述样品中随机抽取28份样品，用PCR方法检测了PCV2 ORF1基因；结果,从13份血清中扩增到了特异性PCV2 ORF1基因，阳性率为4642%。证实，西宁市猪场和散养猪群中存在PCV2感染。 |

Abstract: 161 swine serum specimens collected from 8 largescale pig farms and sporadic breeding ones in Xining Prefecture, Qinghai Province, were examined for the presence of antibodies against porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) by an indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The survey revealed that pigs on the farms were infected with PCV2 and the average positive rate of antibodies against PCV2 was 8695%. 28 serum specimens were sampled randomly from the abovementioned 161 specimens for detection of PCV2 ORF1 gene by polymerase chain reaction, and the PCV2 ORF1 gene was amplified from 13 specimens(4642%). Results showed that PCV2 infection and prevalence occured on pig farms in Xining Prefecture, Qinghai Province. |
