脑肠肽ghrelin的研究进展

介绍了近年来发现的由28个氨基酸残基组成的ghrelin的来源、分子结构、不同物种间的ghrelin组成差异、分布组织及存在形式,归纳了影响ghrelin分泌的因素,认为ghrelin在调节生长激素的释放、能量代谢、其他激素的分泌和参与调节睡觉觉醒模式及细胞增殖方面发挥了重要生物学效应。 |

Abstract: Research advances on the recently discovered ghrelin, a natural ligand for growth hormone secretogogue receptor, were reviewed in its origin, molecular structure, distribution and forms in tissues, and differences among 10 species of animals and human beings.The factors affecting the secretion of ghrelin were summarized. It was considered that ghrelin has important physiological effects on the release of
growth-hormone, energy metabolism, the secretion of endocrine hormones,
sleeping-awaking process and cellular multiplication. |
