乳牛衣原体病灭活疫苗的研制

摘要:  
将免疫原性稳定的鹦鹉热衣原体SX5菌株灭活,加入油佐剂制备乳牛衣原体病灭活疫苗,并对疫苗的安全性进行了检测。用该疫苗对成年牛和犊牛进行了最小免疫量试验、效力试验和免疫持续期试验;结果表明,最小免疫量分别为3mL和5mL,平均免疫保护率达94.4%,免疫持续期达10个月。 疫苗保存期试验表明,在4℃条件下可保存12个月。本动物安全试验和田间小试免疫证明,该疫苗安全性好,乳牛注射疫苗后饮食、产乳量及注苗部位没有明显的异常变化。

Development of inactivated vaccine against chlamydiosis in dairy cattle

Abstract: An inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine was developed with the SX5 strain after inactivation and its safety was evaluated. The minimal effective dosages, potency tests and immunity persistent tests of the vaccine for adult dairy cow and calf were performed. The results showed that the minimal effective dosages were 3mL and 1.5mL, respectively, the average protection rate of reached 94.4%, and the immunity persistent period of the vaccine was ten months. The vaccine stored at 4℃ for 12 months still was effective as the freshly made one. Safe tests in dairy cattle of various ages and small-scale field trial confirmed that the vaccine was safe, and there were no obviously abnormal changes in appetite, milk production and the site of vaccination.
