随机选取自然感染驯鹿狂蝇蛆Ⅱ、Ⅲ期幼虫的驯鹿60只（雌、雄各30只），将其分为3组,分别为伊维菌素组、阿维菌素组和空白对照组，每组20只（雌、雄各10只），进行驱杀驯鹿狂蝇蛆试验。结果表明，伊维菌素和阿维菌素对驯鹿狂蝇蛆Ⅱ期幼虫的驱杀率均为100%，而对Ⅲ期幼虫的驱杀率分别为99.7%和96.6%。 |

Abstract: Thirty male and thirty female reindeer which had been naturally infected with L2 and L3 of Cephenemyia trompe were divided into the ivermectin, the avermectin and the control groups (n♂=10, n♀=10) to evaluate the efficacy of ivermectin and avermectin against L2 and L3 of C.trompe. Results showed that the efficacy of ivermectin and avermectin against the L2 was 100%, but the efficacy against the L3 were 99.7% and 96.6%, respectively. |
