云南省红河州猪繁殖障碍综合征的流行病学调查

针对云南省红河州猪繁殖障碍综合征严重危害养猪业的情况,对全州12个县(市)21个种猪场982户农户的4329头繁殖母猪和种公猪进行了流行病学调查。结果表明,猪繁殖障碍综合征发病率在种公猪为23.6%,妊娠母猪为40.6%,初生仔猪死亡率为18.6%;在死亡仔猪中,流产占101%,死胎占54.5%,弱仔占32.5%,畸形占2.9%。初步查清了引起红河州猪繁殖障碍综合征的主要病原有细小病毒(PPV)、伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、衣原体(Chlamydia)、乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)、刚地弓形虫(TG)、猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、布鲁氏菌(Bruc)和猪瘟病毒(CSFV)等9种,其中CSFV的带毒率为1.1%,其他病原的血清抗体阳性率分别为PPV 27.7%,PRV 24.6%,衣原体 22.8%,JEV 13.6%,TG 12.0%,PRRSV 11.5%,PCV2 7.2%,Bruc 4.6%,总阳性率达75.4%,其中单一病原抗体阳性率为39.6%,两种和两种以上病原抗体阳性率为356%。 |

malfunction syndrome in Honghe Prefecture |

Abstract: In order to understand the affection of porcine reproductive malfunctions on pig industry in Honghe Prefecture, PCR amplification, pathogen isolation and animal inoculation were used to investigate epidemiological situations among 4329 breeding female and male pigs from 21 breeding pig farms and 982 homes in 9 counties of the Prefecture. Results were as follows. The morbidities were 23.6% for breeding male and 40.6% for pregnant female. The natal mortality was 18.6%, among which the abortive, dead birth, defect and abnormality rates were 10.1%, 53.7%, 32.5% and 2.9%, respectively. The main pathogens causing porcine reproductive malfunctions were identified to be porcine parvovirus (27.7%), pseudorabies virus(24.6%), Chlamydia (22.8%), Japanese encephalitis virus(13.6%), Toxoplasma gondii(12.0%), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(11.5%), porcine circovirus type 2(PCV) (7.2%), Brucella(4.6%) and classical swine fever virus(1.1%).The total infection rate reached 75.4%, with infection rate of 39.6% for single pathogen, and the combined infection rate of 35.6%. |
