四川省猪链球菌病的流行病学调查

摘要：

2005年7月，在四川省资阳、内江等地相继发现一种以发病急、高热、伴有头痛等全身性中毒症状，严重者出现中毒性休克、脑膜炎为主要临床表现的病例。几乎所有病例与病死猪有关。在1个月内，共报告人感染204例，其中死亡38例，分布在以资阳、内江为主的12个市37个县。经确诊系由猪链球菌2型引起。在此期间，猪发病死亡647头，分布在8个市21个县。 |

Epidemiological investigation of porcine streptococcosis
in Sichuan Province |

Abstract: Patients with acute high fever and headache occurred in Ziyang and Neijiang prefectures in Sichuan Province, in July 2005. Some serious cases had poisoning shock and meningitis. All of them were related to dead pigs because of illness. Within one month, 204 cases of illness were reported, and 38 of them died, who were distributed in 37 counties of 12 prefectures, mainly over Ziyang and Neijiang prefectures. Streptococcus suis serotype 2 was diagnosed definitely as the single pathogen for the above-mentioned cases. During the epidemic period, 647 pigs with streptococcosis died, which were distributed in 21 counties of 8 prefectures in Sichuan Province. |
