Abstract: To provide new methods and ideas of production of antibodies which are hardly obtained by normal methods to some small molecule haptenes, research progress of production technology of the antibodies to small molecule hapten was introduced on the aspects of haptene design and synthesis, usage of new carriers and adjuvants and application of genetic engineering antibodies. |
