鸡球虫三价弱毒疫苗对鸡的免疫效果研究

摘要:  
将100只3日龄罗曼雏鸡随机分成空白对照组、攻虫对照组、Ⅰ组(1个免疫剂量)、Ⅱ组(2个免疫剂量)和Ⅲ组(0.5个免疫剂量)共5个试验组,每组20只鸡,对研制的鸡球虫三价弱毒疫苗的安全性和免疫效果进行初步评价。结果,各组的相对增重率依次为100.0%、86.8%、81.8%、89.2%和89.7%;攻虫后第10d剖检所有鸡,各组肠道病变记分依次为0、2.7、2.2、2.3和2.6;免疫期间,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的OPG值依次为5.7×106、6.7×106和7.3×106;攻虫期间,攻虫对照组的OPG值为12.3×106,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的OPG值依次为7.2×106、8.5×106和9.0×106。攻虫后各组的死亡率依次为0、5%、0、10%和0;各组的抗球虫指数依次为200.0、115.8、135.8、140.2和143.7。结果表明,该三价弱毒疫苗抗柔嫩艾美球虫的效果并不理想,还需要进一步改进和完善。

Immune efficacy of the 3-valent attenuated vaccine against coccidiosis 
in chickens

Abstract: To examine the safety and immune efficacy of the 3-valent attenuated vaccine against chicken coccidiosis in chickens,one hundred 3-day-old Roman broilers were randomly divided into blank control group,challenge control group,GroupⅠ(1 immune dose),GroupⅡ(2 immune doses) and GroupⅢ(0.5 immune dose) with 20 each.The average relative ratios of weight gain in the 5 groups were 100.0%,868%,81.8%,89.2% and 89.7%,respectively,and the intestinal lesion scores in the 5 groups was 0,2.7,2.2,23 and 2.6,respectively.The oocysts per gram of feces(OPG) in the challenge control group was 12.3×106,while the OPG values in the 3 immunized groups were 5.7×106 ,7×106 and 7.3×106,respectively.After challenge,the OPG values of the challenge control group and the 3 immunized groups were 12.3×106,7.2×106,8.5×106 and 9.0×106,respectively.The mortalities in the 5 groups post-challenge were 0,5%,0,10% and 0,while ACIs were 200.0,115.8,135.8,140.2 and 143.7,respectively.These results revealed that the immune efficacy of the 3-valent attenuated vaccine against chicken coccidiosis was poor,so the vaccine should be further improved.
