河南省鹌鹑隐孢子虫病的流行病学调查

为进一步掌握河南省鹌鹑隐孢子虫病的流行状况,于2006年9月至2007年8月对河南省鹌鹑养殖量较大的5个地市47个鹌鹑养殖场(户)进行了调查。共采集1818份粪样,经饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法检查,隐孢子虫感染率为13.15%(239/1818)。根据形态学特征,将分离到的2种隐孢子虫鉴定为贝氏隐孢子虫和火鸡隐孢子虫。调查结果表明,河南省不同品种鹌鹑之间隐孢子虫的感染率差异不显著,但鹌鹑隐孢子虫的感染率具有一定的地区、季节及年龄差异。 |

Epidemiological investigation of cryptosporidiosis in
quail in Henan Province |

Abstract: To further understand the prevalence of Cryptosporidium in quail in Henan Province, 1818 fecal samples from 47 quail farms in 5 prefectures of the Province were collected and examined by the Sheather’s sugar flotation technique and the modified fast acid-staining method from September 2006 to August 2007. The infection rate of Cryptosporidium spp.was 13.15% (239/1818). According to the morphological characteristics of oocysts, Cryptosporidium isolated from quails were identified to be C. baileyi and C. meleagridis, respectively. These results showed that the infection rate of Cryptosporidium was not significantly different among different breeds of quails, but different among different areas, seasons and ages of quails. |
