疱疹病毒TK基因的研究进展

摘要:  
简述了疱疹病毒具有表达外源基因的优势,介绍了TK基因作为疱疹病毒化学治疗和构建疱疹病毒基因缺失疫苗的首选靶基因。从TK基因的特点、TK基因的表达调控、TK酶生化特性、TK的功能域等方面做了综合论述,并对其今后的研究和应用前景进行了讨论。

Research advance in thymidine kinase gene of herpesvirus

Abstract: Previous studies on the advantages of herpesvirus in expressing foreign genes were briefly reviewed. It was summarized that thymidine kinase (TK) gene was the preferred target gene for chemical treatment and construction of gene-deleted vaccines. The expression regulation, biochemical characteristics and functional domain of TK were comprehensively reviewed. The prospects for research and application of TK was also discussed.
