新城疫病毒F基因重组鸡痘病毒的安全性及免疫效力

摘要:  
将重组鸡痘病毒rFPVLP-SF分别皮下接种1日龄SPF鸡和26日龄商品鸡,评价其安全性和免疫效力。SPF鸡接种后除282E4株鸡痘病毒组在接种部位出现痘斑外,其他组鸡无任何临床症状。抗体检测结果表明,免疫接种后rFPVLP-SF组鸡的血清抗体水平没有显著变化,免疫后第21d以1×105ELD50的F48E8株NDV滴鼻攻毒,观察14d,rFPVLP-SF和油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫鸡的保护率分别为92%和100%,二者没有显著差异;大空斑株鸡痘病毒组和攻毒对照组鸡均全部死亡。结果显示,该重组病毒具有良好的安全性和免疫效力,有一定的应用前景。

Safety and immune efficacy of recombinant fowlpox virus expressing 
fusion protein of Newcastle disease virus

Abstract: One-day-old SPF chickens(4 groups of 8 each) or 26-day-old commercial layers(4 groups of 25 each) were immunized,respectively with the recombinant fowlpox virus(rFPVLP-SF) expressing fusion protein of ZJ-1 strain of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) by subcutaneous route at the dosage of 1×105PFU in order to evaluate,respectively,its safety and immune efficacy.With the exception of the SPF chickens inoculated with FPV strain 282E4,the SPF chickens had no any clinical symptoms.Detection of a antibody indicated that serum antibodies level to rFPVLp-SF of NDV slightly changed after inoculation in the chickens and all commercial chickens were challenged intranasally with 1×105ELD50 of F48E8 strain NDV on day 21 after vaccination.The protection rates of rFPVLp-SF and inactivated vaccine in oil emulsion were 92% and 100%,respectively,without significant difference(P>0.05),while all of the chickens vaccinated with Large plaque strain of Fowlpox virus(FPVLP) and unvaccinated died.The results showed that rFPVLP-SF was safe and effective for protecting chickens from ND.
