弓形虫棒状体蛋白的研究进展

摘要:  
综述了弓形虫棒状体蛋白在弓形虫侵入宿主细胞和对宿主细胞毒力方面的研究进展,对部分棒状体蛋白作为疫苗候选分子的研究进行了概述,并对棒状体蛋白在疫苗研制方面的潜力进行了展望。表明,弓形虫棒状体蛋白对弓形虫侵入宿主细胞起重要作用,是研制弓形虫病疫苗的候选分子。

Advances in the studies on rhoptry proteins of Toxoplasma gondii

Abstract: The recent advances were reviewed in the studies of rhoptry proteins (ROPs) secreted by the rhoptry of Toxoplasma gondii involved in invasion of host cell by T.gondii and virulence.The achievements in the studies of some ROPs as candidates for the development of vaccines against toxoplasmosis were summarized.The potencies of ROPs for the development of vaccines against toxoplasmosis were prospected.It is concluded that ROPs play an important role during host cell invasion and they are potential candidates for the development of vaccines against toxoplasmosis.
