细胞周期调控因子Cdc25的研究进展

综述了Cdc25(cell division cyclin 25)磷酸酶的结构、在细胞周期调控中的作用及调控机制以及在致癌转化中的作用。概述了Cdc25磷酸酶在多种人类癌症中的过表达。最后，叙述了近年来关于使用小分子抑制剂抑制Cdc25磷酸酶的研究进展，展望了开发治癌药物的前景。 |

Abstract: The structure,roles and mechanism of Cdc25 phosphatases in control of cell cycle were reviewed.The roles of Cdc25 phosphatases in oncogenic transformation and Cdc25 phosphatases overexpression in many cancers were summarized.Lastly,recent efforts in the design of Cdc25 specific inhibitors were presented,and the prospects for development of the drugs for treatment of cancers were discussed. |
