从表达载体、宿主细胞、培养条件3个方面概述了巴斯德毕赤酵母表达系统的特点，综述了其在抗菌肽生产、动物疫苗生产以及动物疾病诊断试剂盒研制中应用的最新进展，展望了巴斯德毕赤酵母表达系统在动物传染病研究中的应用前景。 |

Abstract: The characteristics of Pichia pastoris expression system were summarized from the aspects of expression vectors,host strains and cultivation conditions.The recent applications of P.pastoris expression system in the production of antimicrobial peptides and vaccines,and the development of diagnostic kits for animal diseases were reviewed.Finally,prospect of the P.pastoris expression system in studies of animal infectious diseases was discussed. |
