将1日龄艾维茵肉鸡健雏300只随机分为5组，分别以基础日粮(含硒0.2mg/kg)和高硒日粮（含硒1、5、10、15mg/kg）饲喂6周，观察研究了高硒对红细胞免疫功能、红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量影响的动态变化。结果显示，当日粮中硒含量超过5mg/kg时，IC花环率升高，C3b受体花环率、红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量降低。表明，雏鸡摄入过量硒会导致红细胞免疫黏附功能降低，并表现贫血症状。 |

Abstract: The red cell immune adherence function(RCIA),count of erythrocyte and content of hemoglobin(Hb) were examined in one-day-old AA chickens by feeding with sufficient(0.2mg/kg),or excess selenium(1,5,10,and 15mg/kg),as sodium selenite in the diets to five groups of chickens(60 each) for 6 weeks.Excess selenium(more than 5mg/kg) intake increased the ratio of IC rosette and reduced the ratio of C3bR rosette,count of erythrocyte and content of Hb compared with the sufficient selenium intake group.The results showed that excess selenium intake decreased the RCIA and induced anemia in chickens. |
