概述了非洲猪瘟的病原学特性、流行病学以及诊断方法的最新研究进展，并对非洲猪瘟病毒的各种病原学检测技术、血清学检测技术等实验室检测技术的优缺点进行了比较。在预防控制非洲猪瘟方面，对上述检测技术和诊断方法的应用进行了讨论和展望，旨在为研究该病提供理论参考。 |

Abstract: Research advances in African swine fever virus(ASFV) were summarized from the prespectives of aetiology,epidemiology and diagnostic technology.The advantages and disadvantages of aetiological diagnostic techniques and serological diagnostic tests for ASFV were reviewed.The prospects for research and application of the diagnostic assays were discussed,which have implications for the detection and prevention of ASF. |
